Vendor applications for 2026 events

Read below for general information about our Witches Market events.
1. Boston Tea Room Witches Markets are artist/craft markets- with a witchy twist! We are seeking local vendors/artists/crafters selling unique handmade and vintage items such as jewelry, hand-poured candles, vintage clothing, art prints, stickers, body products, illustrations, magical/spellwork tools, accessories, handmade clothing, knitted items, handmade ceramic items, home décor, handmade journals, etc.
2. Please note the following types of vendors that we are unable to accept:
-MLM (multi-level marketing) affiliated vendors
-Informational booths
-Vendors selling items that the Boston Tea Room already carries. Please call 248-548-3830 if you have questions about this.
-Vendors selling any Psychic Reading/Tarot/Astrology/Reiki services.
3. All Witches Markets are two-day weekend events and the vendor fee for the weekend is $100. We require vendors to commit to the entire weekend.
4. Our Spring Equinox Witches Market & Yule Witches Market are typically INDOOR events. Our Summer Solstice Witches Market and Autumn Equinox Witches Market are typically OUTDOOR events.
5. Outdoor events require vendors to supply their own 10x10 pop-up tent, minimum 40 lb. weights for all four tent corners, and four panels to fully zip up all tent sides. Outdoor events are held rain or shine. Boston Tea Room provides overnight security. Booth size allotment for indoor events is 6x6.
6. All Witches Markets take place at Boston Tea Room located at 1220 Woodward Heights in Ferndale, MI 48220.
7. We will be accepting applications until Friday, January 30th, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET. All applicants will be notified of decisions on Friday, February 13th.
